Culture of the company is what makes the company tick; it's what makes people join the company. I try to get a sense of the Senior Leadership because they are closest to the people, and the people are the closest to the customers. Senior Leadership, they are who they are and understanding how leadership thinks determines brilliance. What can people do to become more brilliant on a global level? They should look into their community to share their resources and give their life away and not looking for something in return but being grateful for making a difference in the world. Do you feel that God strategically positioned you to shape the future? Totally. I ended up in a lot of places that I should've been and God knows that I was headed down that path which He allowed to become my path and my teacher. Simon, please lend an inspiring message to those who aspire to author, speaker, or just be brilliant. Everything you need to success is inside of you in form of a seed. That seed is called brilliance. Brilliance is released in an environment where we're celebrated rather than tolerated. If you want to be brilliant do an audit of your environment it will tell you everything you need to know. What is your favorite quote? "Losers look at what they're going through, champs look at what they are going to." Mike Murdock |
To unmask and liberate the brilliance hidden in an organization do you normally study the management style and culture to ascertain your approach. |
The Brilliance Institute partners with organizations to help them release their brilliance by: * Differentiating themselves through authentic customer relationships; * Developing passionately engaged, connected leaders who manage their egos, release control, get out of the way, and allow employees to release their unique brilliance; * Fostering an environment and culture in which individuals are celebrated rather than tolerated; * Creating supportive structures and processes that encourage employees to release their individual brilliance; * Constantly working to clear Brilliance Blockers - organizational obstacles that hinder employee engagement and productivity. The outcome? Measurable results, including retention, productivity, and an unparalleled bottom line! |
