Nordstrom has identified YWCA USA as the nonprofit partner for its Treasure & Bond line of clothing, which means that from February 1, 2017 through January 31, 2018, Nordstrom will donate 2.5% of net sales from the line to YWCA associations in the U.S. and Canada. In the U.S., these funds will support our efforts to re-launch the innovative national TechGYRLS initiative. Initially started in 1997, the program addresses the significant gap in girls’ development of interest and skills in the areas of STEM. Partners like Nordstrom help make important programs like these possible! The award was accepted by Jennifer Jackson Brown, president of Nordstrom Product Group.
